Where your data is stored
We store your customer database and files in Zurich. Some features use providers abroad. Here's the full list.

We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this website or in the apps. The one exception is the page where you connect WhatsApp. It loads Meta's sign-in window, which may set Meta cookies. The contact form on this website runs through a server in Zurich. Google reCAPTCHA only loads when you fill it in. Fonts and images come from our own server. You'll find the details in our privacy policy.
How we protect your data
Encrypted
Connections to Noodle are encrypted. We also store your database and files encrypted.
Activity log
Who changed what, and who opened which customer record? Your admins can see it at any time. Entries can't be changed, and we keep them for two years.
Roles
Roles for your team, including a limited role that doesn't see customers' contact details. People with this role see only their own customers. Demo mode hides names and phone numbers.
WhatsApp numbers
Each number connected since 26 September 2026 gets its own random PIN as extra protection. We store the PIN encrypted. Only admins can see it, and the activity log records every view.
Sign-in without a password
Your customers sign in on your booking page with a code we send by email.
