Fewer no-shows

Noodle reminds your customers by email, and on WhatsApp if you use Noodle Chat. You can ask for a deposit and keep it if someone doesn't show up. If someone cancels, Noodle offers the slot to your waitlist.

Fewer phone calls

Customers book online at any time and only see times that are free. Your whole team answers WhatsApp messages in one inbox.

Payments in order

Customers pay with TWINT or card online, at your card terminal or in cash. You can also send payment links and QR-bills, and sell gift cards.

No commission

You pay a fixed monthly price, from CHF 29.–. We never charge per booking or take commission. Your customers' payments go straight to your Payrexx account.

AI included

Every plan includes AI, up to a monthly limit. It suggests WhatsApp replies in your tone and writes short summaries of your customers.

Every payment gets a PDF invoice with your logo. For bank transfers, you send a QR-bill that customers pay in their banking app.

How we protect your data

Database in Zurich

Encrypted when it's stored and when it's sent.

AI only in Europe

The AI runs only in data centres in the EU and Switzerland. The company that makes the AI model doesn't get any customer data.

Activity log

Frequently asked questions

Your company name, address, UID (CHE-…) and a credit card. Payrexx checks the card with a hold of CHF 0.10. It's never charged, and your bank releases it after a few days, depending on the bank. We remind you three days before the trial ends. After 14 days your subscription starts automatically. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. There's one trial per company. We ask for the UID because Noodle is made for businesses, so your invoices are in your company's name from the start.
Your booking page and the emails to your customers are in German, French and English. Your customers choose their language. The interface for your team is in English for now. German and French are coming soon.
Yes. WhatsApp reminders and confirmations go out from your business WhatsApp number, which you connect in Noodle Chat. Your customers can reply, and your team answers in Noodle Chat. Without Noodle Chat, reminders go out by email.
Yes, for online payments, deposits and the card terminal. You open a Payrexx account for your business and connect it to Noodle, and payments go straight to you. Payrexx charges its own fees for these payments. Cash payments and invoices don't need a Payrexx account.
Yes. We move your customers and appointments over from your current system as part of the onboarding.
Team members, tills, employees in Noodle Plan, contacts and messages aren't hard limits. When you reach 80% and 100%, we let you know and get in touch with a suitable offer.
Your database, files, servers and outgoing email are in Zurich (AWS). The AI runs only in data centres in the EU and Switzerland. Some features use providers outside Switzerland. You'll find the full list under Security & data.
