Your guests reserve online, and you decide what they can choose. Noodle costs a fixed price per month, and there's no commission.

Your reservation page
A table or an area
Offer each table on its own. Or just an area, such as the terrace or indoors. Then Noodle picks a free table.
Party size
Your guests say how many they are, up to the size of the table.
Price per person
Useful for set menus and events. On peak days, you can charge a different amount per person.
With or without a deposit
You can take reservations without payment. Or ask for a deposit. Guests pay it online with TWINT or card, straight to your own Payrexx account. If nobody turns up, you keep it.
Past midnight
Your opening hours can go past midnight. You also choose how much time to leave between reservations to clear the table.
Your guests' details
You get their name, email and phone number. They can add a note about allergies or the occasion. And regular guests sign in without a password.

Fewer empty tables
Waitlist
If a time is fully booked, guests can sign in and join the waitlist. When a table frees up, the first in line gets a link to reserve it.
Reminders
Noodle reminds your guests by email, at the times you choose. With Noodle Chat, they also get a WhatsApp message they can reply to.
Cancellation deadline
You decide how late guests can cancel online. If they cancel in time, they get their deposit back automatically.
Phone reservations
Take the call and enter the reservation straight in the calendar. The price is the same as online.
Your till, your team and your stock
Noodle Till
Guests order and pay at the table with a QR code. Orders print in the kitchen and at the bar, and open tabs stay on the till.
Noodle Plan
Plan the shifts for the kitchen and the service. Plan checks them against the L-GAV, and your team clocks in at the till.
Noodle Stow
See what's in stock at each location, and order from your suppliers when it runs low.
Personal onboarding included
We set up your tables and areas with you. Your reservation page gets your branding. And we move your guests and reservations over from your current system.
