Say a booking platform brings you CHF 2,400.– a month from new customers and keeps 20%. That's CHF 480.– a month in commission. With Noodle, you pay a fixed CHF 149.– a month for Book, Chat and Card as a Trio Pro. It doesn't matter how much gets booked.

¹ Every reply suggestion, AI insight about a customer and photo analysis counts. So do the ones your customers use on your booking page. Automatic background work (summaries, classifications) doesn't count. When you've used up the allowance, AI pauses until the 1st of the month. Everything else keeps running. With Enterprise, AI is unlimited.
² These amounts are included, and nothing gets blocked if you go over them. At 80% and 100%, we email your admins. Your team sees a notice in the app. And we'll get in touch with an offer that fits.

All values are for your whole business, even with Duo, Trio and Suite. Monthly values count per calendar month. You can see your usage in the app at any time.
Personal onboarding included
We set up your booking page with your branding and move your customers and appointments over from your current system.
What costs extra and what doesn't
- No commission. We don't charge per booking or per sale, and there's no setup fee.
- Payments online, at the till and in the shop. For TWINT or card, you pay the fees of your own Payrexx account. You sign that contract directly with Payrexx.
- Hardware for Noodle Till. It isn't part of the price. Noodle Till works with Epson TM printers with Server Direct Print (such as the TM-m30III), a cash drawer on the printer, a 2D barcode scanner, a Payrexx card terminal and any device with a browser.
- Setting up the till. It's part of the personal onboarding, by phone or video. A visit on site is available on request. On request Request
- Swiss Post labels. For labels in Noodle Shop, you need your own Swiss Post business account. You pay the postage to Swiss Post.
- WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp charges your business directly for some of them, such as reminders and broadcasts. Current WhatsApp prices
- Your own domain for your booking page. You only pay for the domain.
How the trial works
- Create an account. The plan you pick here is already selected.
- Enter your company details. We need your company name, billing address and UID (CHE-…). Noodle is made for businesses. With your UID, we put your company's name on your invoices from the start.
- Add a credit card. Payrexx holds CHF 0.10 to check the card. It's not a charge, and your bank releases it after a few days. How long depends on the bank.
- Use every feature of your plan for 14 days. We'll remind you three days before it ends. Then your subscription starts automatically. You pay monthly, or for the year in advance. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Each company can try Noodle once.
