Your client list and your client payments never leave Switzerland. Noodle Book runs on AWS in Zurich (eu-central-2) with HSM-backed encryption keys via AWS KMS. Payments flow through Payrexx — the Swiss payment service provider based in Thun — on a merchant account you own, not a captive processor bundled with the booking app. TWINT, cards, your own Payrexx account.
